 When will my order ship?

  • Allow up to 2 days for processing of orders. You will be notified via SMS/E-mail once your order has shipped. Check your email spam folder if you have not received tracking information. (For holidays allow up to 4 days of processing)*

What is the average shipping time?

  •  Allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered once shipped. *Remember to refer to the Shipping Policy to confirm the correct shipping times.

I received a damaged item

  • If an item arrives damaged please reach out directly via the contact form or at contact@forwardtofaith.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Returns/Exchanges

  • At this time all sales are FINAL unless an item arrived damaged. Please refer to the “Damaged” policy on how to complete a return for any damaged items.
